Steps to request a match correction:

1.Matches created through a DUPR club
-If the match was entered via a DUPR club, the first point of contact should be your club director/organizer. They have the ability to edit match details directly.
-Once the correction is made by your club director, your rating will be adjusted automatically to reflect the updated match information.

2.Matches from imported tournaments or data partners
-For matches that are imported from tournaments or entered by one of our verified data partners, corrections must be made at the source of the original entry.
-Please contact your tournament director to update the reported results on the tournament’s official website or the platform used for reporting.
-After the necessary changes are made at the source, submit a support request to DUPR with the updated information so we can make the corresponding changes on our platform.

3.Recreational or self-posted matches
-If a recreational or self-posted match contains errors or was entered without agreement among all players involved, you can initiate a correction by creating a group chat in the DUPR app.
-Submit a request for correction with a screenshot of the group chat confirming that all players agree to remove the match in question. This ensures transparency and agreement from all parties.
