Club organizers can add matches for any players that are a member of their club and invited players. Club matches do not require player validation. DUPR automatically validates these results. We recognize that a trusted digital club director or organizer is the one adding these results through their digital club. This is a privilege based on trust and a partnership agreement. This privilege can be revoked if misused.
To add a match using your club, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Begin by navigating to the 'Clubs section within your DUPR account. Here, you'll find a list of clubs you are part of under "My Clubs." Choose the club for which you want to add a match. This is your starting point to record the club's play sessions.
Step 2: Once you've selected your club, it's time to add the match details. If you're using the web app, click on the 'Matches' tab first. Then, find and click the 'Add Matches' button. This is where you’ll input all the relevant details of the match you're recording.
Step 3: Now, enter the specifics of the match – who played, the scores, and any other pertinent details. On the web app, you have the convenience of adding multiple matches in a single submission, streamlining the process. After filling in the information, click 'Submit Matches' to finalize the process.
Step 4: Initiate bulk submissions by selecting "Import Matches via CSV". This option is perfect for entering several matches at once, saving you time.
Step 5: Start by downloading our CSV template, which is designed to guide you through the process of accurately entering match details. Follow the template instructions carefully to ensure all data is correctly formatted.
Step 6: Once you have filled in the template with your match results, upload the CSV file. Our system will then process the bulk upload, seamlessly integrating the matches into your club's record and updating player profiles accordingly.

Step 1: Navigate to the club page and click on "Add Match." Please note that on the app you cannot upload CSV. You can only enter the matches individually.
Step 2: Enter the relevant details for all players involved in the match. If you are entering a Singles match, you only need to enter one player on each team. Once completed, tap "Next" located in the top right corner to proceed.
Step 3: Select the format type in which the match was played (e.g., best of three sets, single set). Carefully enter the scores for each set to ensure accuracy. After verifying the scores, tap "Next" to continue.
Step 4: Provide additional details such as the location and name of the event where the match took place. After reviewing all the information for accuracy, tap "Submit" to finalize the match entry.

After submitting the matches, you can find them listed under the 'Matches' tab within your club's section on the platform. Additionally, these matches will also be reflected on the individual profiles of each player who participated. This ensures that every game played contributes to the accurate tracking of player performance and ratings.
