There are two methods that can be used to invite players to join a club. You can either invite individual users via search/select or you can invite users in bulk by uploading a CSV file.
To invite individual users to join your club, please follow the steps below:
Step 1: From your main dashboard, navigate to the "Clubs" section and click on "My Clubs." Here, select the club you manage.
Step 2: Once inside your club's page, go to the "Members" tab. Here you'll find the option "Invite Players(s)." It's important to note that you can only send invitations to players who already have a DUPR account. For potential members without an account, you'll need to use the bulk CSV invitation method.
Step 3: In the invitation interface, search for and select the players you wish to invite. Once you have made your selections, confirm by clicking "Add Member(s)" on the web application, or tap the blue checkmark in the upper-right corner if you are using the mobile app.
Step 4: All players you've invited will be listed under the "Invites" tab on your club's homepage. You can track who has accepted the invitations and follow up with those who haven't responded.
App
Step 1: Access the club page within the DUPR app and click on the "Invite Player(s)" button. Please note that the app does not support uploading a CSV file for bulk invitations, so you will need to invite members individually.
Step 2: In the invitation interface, enter the names of the players you wish to invite. After selecting the desired players, click on the checkmark located at the top right corner of the screen to send out the invitations.
To invite users via CSV upload, please follow the steps on the video below:
Note: the already-registered players will have to accept the invitation through their profile page, whereas the players not registered on DUPR need to register their emails. They need to create a new account using the same email that was used to invite them, and it will lead the to their profiles on the platform.
