The duration for match results to appear on your DUPR profile can differ based on several factors related to the source of the matches. Given the diverse ways in which match data is collected and processed, the timeline for reflecting these results in your DUPR account is not uniform. It is influenced by the method of submission, the volume of data being handled, and the specific protocols of each data source.
Club Matches: for club-related matches, please contact your club director who is responsible for adding these results. Their contact details can be found on the club page in your DUPR account.
DUPR Events or Flex Leagues: matches from DUPR-organized events or flex leagues require reaching out to the event's tournament director. Their information can be obtained on mydupr.com by selecting "Events" in the sidebar, searching for your event, and scrolling to the organizer's contact details.
Third-Party Software/API Matches: for matches that are organized through third-party software or APIs, you'll need to get in touch with your tournament or club director via the respective software. In case their contact information isn't readily available within the third-party system, we recommend contacting the support team of that software for further assistance. This approach ensures that your queries are addressed directly and efficiently, helping to integrate these matches into your DUPR profile seamlessly.
If you play tournaments but don't see any of your results on your profile, this could mean the tournament/club director/organizer did not upload the match results to DUPR. This could also mean a tournament/club director created a new account for you by mistake, or that you created a new account instead of "claiming your profile" when registering, this claimable account might have your existing results.. Here are some tips to check if your results have already been entered on DUPR:
- Check Partners and Opponents: On the player search, look for your partner(s) or opponent(s) and check their profile to see if you can find your matches. If they are listed, you can find your profile from your partner's or opponents' matches and share with us the DUPR ID.
- Use Various Names: Type your name under different names you may have or nicknames. If you find your matches, share the DUPR ID with our support team. Our support will ensure that the accounts are merged accordingly.
If you encounter any issues or want to have more clarity about the process, don’t hesitate to submit a request to our support team.
