Change or edit the password of your account

For maintaining the security of your DUPR account, it is essential to update your password regularly. This guide provides a step-by-step process to help you change your password easily. Whether you are accessing DUPR from a web browser or through the mobile app, follow these instructions to ensure your account remains secure.

Web

Step 1: Log into your DUPR account and navigate to the dashboard. Locate the 'Settings' icon in the top right corner of the page. 

Step 2: Inside the settings menu, you will find an option labeled "Password and Security." Click on this to proceed. You will see a field to enter your old password along with fields to enter and confirm your new password.

Step 3: Enter your current password in the designated field. Type your new password and re-enter it in the confirmation field to ensure accuracy. Choose a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols to enhance security. Click on "Save" to apply the changes. 

App

Step 1: On the DUPR app, tap on 'My DUPR' to access your personal area. In 'My DUPR', select 'Settings'. This will take you to a section where you can change your password.

Step 2: You will find an option labeled "Password and Security." Click on it to be able to make any modifications to your password.

Step 3: Enter your current password and then proceed with entering your new password and confirming it. Click on "Save" so that all the changes can be made.
