How do I delete a club match?

Managing your club matches on DUPR is a straightforward process. Deleting a club match can be done quickly and easily using the web platform or app. Follow these simple steps to ensure your club's match records are accurate and up-to-date. 

Step 1: Begin by navigating to your dashboard and clicking on the "Clubs" tab. From there, look for the section labeled "My Clubs" and select your club from the list. This will take you to your club's main page.

Step 2: On your club's page, locate and click on the "Matches" tab. This section will display a comprehensive list of all the matches that have been entered under your club's name, giving you an overview of the recorded matches.

Step 3: To find the specific match you want to delete, utilize the filter options available. You can filter the matches by event name, player name, or match date, which will help narrow down the list. Once you have identified the match, click on the overflow menu, represented by three dots, located at the top right corner of the match entry. From the dropdown menu, select "Delete Match."

Step 4: After you select "Delete Match," a confirmation prompt will appear on the screen, asking you to confirm your decision. To finalize the deletion, click on "Submit." This action will permanently remove the selected match from your club's records.

App:

Step 1: Open the app and tap on the "Clubs" button. From there, navigate to the "My Clubs" section and select your club from the list. This action will take you to your club's main page within the app.

Step 2: On your club's page, find and tap on the "Matches" tab. This tab will display all the matches that have been entered under your club, giving you an overview of the recorded matches.

Step 3: To locate the match you want to delete, scroll through the list of matches. The app does not currently support filtering options, so you will need to manually scroll to find the desired match. Once you have found the match you wish to delete, tap on the "Delete" option next to it.

Step 4: After tapping "Delete," a confirmation prompt will appear on your screen, asking you to confirm your decision. To finalize the deletion, tap on "Delete" again. This will permanently remove the selected match from your club's records in the app.

If the match was not added through a digital club, you will not be able to find it under the matches. If you encounter any issues during the process or need more clarification please submit a request to our support team.
