DUPR is designed for all ages. However, to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), a parent (or legal guardian) of a child under 13 years of age must consent to DUPR’s collection, use and disclosure of their personal information.
If you have a child who is under 13 and need a DUPR account please fill out this form.
At this moment, if you attempt to create a DUPR account for a child under the age of 13, you will see a message informing you that this action is not possible.
(We kindly request that you avoid creating an account with an incorrect date to speed up the process and then contacting support for a correction, as this can make the process more complex for everyone. Instead, we encourage you to simply fill out the form above, and our support team will reach out to you within 24 hours to assist you with the next steps.)
Once the form has been completed, one of our agents will send you a document to sign from duprsupport@mydupr.com confirming your consent for the creation of your child's account. This document will require you to provide additional information and verify your identity to facilitate the approval of the account creation.
Upon submission and approval of the completed form, our support team will automatically receive a notification and will promptly reach out to provide the credentials for your child’s DUPR account.
If you have any questions about the process, please feel free to include them in the description section of the form.
