If you log into your DUPR account and notice that your information is blank, or your name and rating do not appear, it is likely due to a recent account merge performed by our support team. This typically happens when multiple accounts are associated with your information, and our team merge them into a single account for accuracy.
How to Resolve This Issue
To regain access to your correct DUPR account details, please follow these steps:
Web version
- Log Out – Sign out of your current DUPR account. To log out of your account, please go to the blue icon at the top of the screen and once you have selected it scroll down until you find the log out option, as you can see in the following image.
- Sing In – Use the credentials provided by our support team to log back in.
If after following these steps the problem is not solved, we kindly recommend you to clear your history and cache, after that try to log in your account again.
App version
If the problem appears in the App version we kindly recommend you to uninstall and reinstall it, after that log into your account with the correct email and password. Please make sure that when logging into your account via the App you click the “Log in” option first instead of “Sign Up”, as this will lead you to claim or create a new account.
