You can cancel your DUPR+ subscription at any time. The cancellation process depends on where you originally purchased your subscription: through the web version, the mobile app, or the App Store.
Web version
1. Go to mydupr.com and log in using your account credentials.
2. Click on the "Settings" icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. When the drop-down menu appears, select the “Subscriptions” option.
4. Click on cancel subscription, and you will receive an email to continue with the process.
App version
1. From the DUPR app itself, log in to the DUPR app on your mobile device.
2. Tap the "My DUPR" section in the bottom right corner.
3. Go to the settings icon in the top right corner. When the drop-down menu appears, select the “Manage Subscriptions” option.
4. Click on Cancel Subscription.
App Store
1. From the App Store on iOS (iPhone), open the Settings app on your device, tap your name at the top of the screen, select Subscriptions, locate DUPR in the list, tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation.
2. On Android, open the Google Play Store on your device, tap your profile icon in the top right corner, select Payments & subscriptions followed by Subscriptions, find DUPR in the list and tap it, then tap Cancel Subscription and confirm your cancellation.
Note: If you cancel your subscription before the end of the 7-day free trial period, you will not be charged. However, if you cancel after the trial period has ended, the charge will be applied as indicated in the message you received at the beginning of your trial.
