Adding Matches via CSV

Club directors and organizers can use the CSV upload feature to quickly add multiple match results to DUPR at once. This method is ideal for leagues, ladders, round robins, and tournaments, as it allows you to submit results in bulk rather than entering matches individually.

Step 1: Access Your Club Page

1. Log in to your DUPR account.

2. Navigate to Clubs → My Clubs.

3. Select the club you manage.

Step 2: Open the CSV Import Tool & Download CSV Template

1. From your club page, click on Matches.

2. Select Add Matches.

3. Click Import Matches via CSV.

4. Select 'Download Template'.

   

   Step 3: Enter Match Results in the Template

   1. Import the CSV file on a new google spreadsheet.

   2. Follow the instructions provided directly in the template. Enter the required information for each match, including player DUPR IDs, scores, match format, match date, etc. Ensure all required fields are completed and formatted correctly.

   

   Step 4: Download the File as a CSV

   1. In Google Sheets, click File → Download.

   2.Select Comma-separated values (.csv).

   3. Save the file to your device.

   

   Step 5: Upload the CSV File to DUPR

   1.Return to your club page.

   2.Go to Matches → Add Matches → Import Matches via CSV.

   3.Click Select CSV and choose your saved file.

   4.Click Upload to submit the results.

   

   After submitting the matches, you can find them listed under the 'Matches' tab within your club's section on the platform. Additionally, these matches will also be reflected on the individual profiles of each player who participated.
